BAUTEC uses a third party to qualify Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection services. Production of these services are performed in-house under close supervision of a professional engineer allowing us to maintain our high level of quality and coordination.

Fire Protection services qualified through a third party.
We provide Fire Protection design intent documents that define the fire protection system requirements for the fire protection vendor to prepare the detailed shop drawings. Our services include defining the type of fire protection system, determining fire pump requirements, preparing plan drawings showing service into the building, primary fire protection equipment including fire pump, the main riser, and any standpipes, and the hazard classification of each space.
