Building Services
The fast-paced construction industry requires a team of design professionals that deliver accurate and efficient engineering designs for building systems. BAUTEC is a prime source of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering design services throughout the southeast.
Our services include engineering design for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical power and lighting, plumbing, fire protection, and fire alarm systems, among others.
Our mission is to provide clients with high quality sustainable engineering designs. We maintain constant communication, professionalism, and construction feasibility paramount in ensuring that we produce efficient, practical designs.
BAUTEC’s staff of design professionals have the background and experience to help create built environments that meet the specific needs of each of our clients. Our team-focused approach and collaborative efforts allow projects to be constructed on schedule and within budget.
BAUTEC uses a third party to qualify Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection services. Production of these services are performed in-house under close supervision of a professional engineer allowing us to maintain our high level of quality and coordination.
